Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. Brexit has made it increasingly difficult for small businesses to send goods to the EU, so unfortunately this is no longer an option. We apologise for any inconvenience, and if the situation changes we will let you know (we really hope it does!). If you live outside of the EU and your country isn't listed in the shipping options, please contact us and we will help.

Where can I find shipping prices?
UK and International shipping prices for each individual item are listed in the product description. If you order more than one item, the shipping price for any extra items is automatically reduced at checkout. You will pay the full price for shipping on one item, and then a small additional fee for any extras.

How soon will you send my order?
Please see the Shipping Dates section, which is at the top of the page on desktop or at the bottom on mobile. You will receive a notification via email when your package is on its way, plus any tracking numbers if applicable.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please get in touch via the contact form. We will do our best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or replacement.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in good condition. We've sent thousands of packages over the past 15+ years with just a few incidents of damaged or lost items, so hopefully this eases any concerns you may have.
