Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?

We accept payment via PayPal, debit and credit cards.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship worldwide, with the exception of the EU. Unfortunately, Brexit has made it increasingly difficult for small businesses to send goods to the EU, so this is no longer an option. We apologise for any inconvenience, and if the situation changes we will let you know.

How much does shipping cost?

The price of UK and International shipping for each individual item is listed in the product description. If you order more than one item, the shipping cost for any extra items is automatically reduced at checkout. You will pay the full price for shipping on one item, and then a small additional fee for any extras.

Any duty, taxes, or additional fees incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

How soon will you send my order?

Please see the Shipping Dates section under 'Info' at the top of the main shop page. You will receive a notification via email when your package is on its way.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please get in touch via the contact form in the drop-down menu. We will do our best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or replacement.

All orders are packaged carefully to ensure that they arrive in good condition. We've sent thousands of packages over the past 15+ years with just a few incidents of damaged or lost items; hopefully this eases any concerns you may have.

Can I commission Natasha to create some art especially for me?

Natasha is unfortunately unable to accept any commissions at the moment.
